Technology Services Specialist – MDM Engineer

About the role

Revolut’s Technology team is seeking a Technology Services Specialist to lead the global Mobile Device Management (MDM) strategy and automate critical SaaS integrations. You will ensure fleet compliance while preserving engineering autonomy across a fast‑growing fintech environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and scale enterprise‑level endpoint management solutions using Jamf Pro and Microsoft Intune.
• Administer Windows virtual machines and virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) in a high‑availability production setting.
• Automate device configurations and SaaS integrations with Bash, Zsh and PowerShell scripts.
• Query device inventory databases with SQL to produce insights on fleet health and security compliance.
• Apply Security‑by‑Design controls such as FileVault, BitLocker and Conditional Access.
• Coordinate large‑scale hardware roll‑outs and technical migrations across multiple time zones.
• Monitor system security posture using open‑source tools like Santa and OSQuery.
• Deploy engineering tooling, including automated CLI setups and local development environment configurations.
• Document endpoint architectures and produce clear technical guides for diverse stakeholders.
• Collaborate on infrastructure as code using Terraform or CloudFormation to manage cloud‑based IT and SaaS resources.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT systems engineering with a focus on enterprise MDM.
• Proven track record of managing Windows VMs and VDI in production environments.
• Strong automation background using Bash, Zsh or PowerShell.
• Experience querying and analysing inventory data with SQL.
