Technology Strategy Consultant – Emiratization & UAE Talent Development

About the role

Accenture Strategy & Consulting is seeking an Emirati national to join its Technology Strategy practice in the UAE. The consultant will help clients reinvent their businesses through technology‑enabled transformation, focusing on Emiratization and talent development initiatives. You will work closely with senior leaders to deliver strategic insights and drive value creation at the intersection of business and technology.

Key responsibilities

• Drive a rigorous, structured approach to identify and solve complex technology business problems, delivering strategic insights.
• Identify and prioritize value‑creation opportunities at the business‑technology intersection based on assessments and performance gaps.
• Lead small engagements or work streams end‑to‑end, managing client satisfaction, value delivery, team performance and financials.
• Identify and nurture pull‑through business opportunities and support business‑development efforts until sale closure.
• Collaborate with clients and internal Accenture teams to align business and technology priorities.
• Develop and share content knowledge through active participation in technology strategy operations and communities of practice.
• Create thought‑leadership assets that present innovative insights, guidance and recommendations for specific technology strategy domains.
• Engage with senior management at client and Accenture to steer recommendations and secure buy‑in.

Required profile

• Strong data‑driven consulting background with focus on business and technology value architecture.
• Ability to work independently, define methods and procedures, and manage team efforts.
• Proven experience in technology advisory, implementation or in‑house IT/Digital strategy (minimum 4 years, preferably in banking, telco, oil & gas or government).
• Experience with core technology strategy offerings such as IT & digital strategy, enterprise architecture, operating models, data & analytics and cloud.
• Business knowledge acquired through MBA or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated ability to identify and pull‑through business opportunities.
