About the role

Betterly Wellness is seeking a confident and empathetic Telecaller to serve as the first point of contact for individuals exploring wellness services. You will engage callers, guide them through our offerings, and help schedule appointments, playing a vital role in supporting mental health journeys.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously.
• Explain services, answer questions, and guide potential clients through the appointment process.
• Build rapport with callers and maintain positive relationships.
• Follow up on inquiries to support conversion and client onboarding.
• Maintain accurate communication logs and client records.

Required profile

• Fluent English communication skills.
• Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales.
• Comfortable engaging with people over the phone.
• Warm, empathetic, and goal‑oriented mindset.
• Organized and proactive in managing call flow.
