Telecommunications Agent

About the role
The Telecommunications Agent will be the first point of contact for guests calling the hotel. You will ensure that all inbound calls are answered promptly, routed correctly, and that guest requests are handled with professionalism and care.
Key responsibilities
- Answer and route incoming calls in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Assist guests with inquiries, wake‑up calls, and message delivery.
- Relay accurate information to relevant departments and staff.
- Maintain detailed call logs and service request records.
- Support emergency communication procedures as required.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service or call handling is preferred.
- Clear verbal communication and strong telephone etiquette.
- Ability to multitask, solve problems quickly, and stay calm under pressure.
Required skills
- Familiarity with telecommunication systems.
