Telecommunications Agent – Luxury Resort

About the role

As a Telecommunications Agent at a five‑star beachfront resort, you will be the first point of contact for guests calling in or dialing internally. You will deliver information and assistance in line with luxury service standards, ensuring every interaction reflects the resort’s high‑end brand.

Key responsibilities

• Answer all incoming and internal calls promptly and professionally.
• Provide accurate details about resort facilities, dining venues, events, and operating hours.
• Route guest requests to the appropriate department (Housekeeping, Front Office, Concierge, Engineering, etc.).
• Take and execute wake‑up call requests with precision.
• Handle emergency calls calmly and follow safety procedures.
• Log guest requests, complaints, and follow‑ups in the system.
• Support VIP guests and special requests in coordination with Front Office.
• Operate the hotel’s PBX telephone system, ensuring correct call routing.
• Assist guests with international calls and language needs when required.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
• Pleasant voice and professional telephone manner.
• Strong knowledge of resort services and layout.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
• Customer‑focused mindset aligned with luxury hospitality standards.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role within a 5‑star luxury property.
• Fluent in English; additional language (e.g., Russian) is an asset.
