About the role
We are looking for a Telecommunications Team Leader to join the Jumeirah Beach Hotel in Dubai. The role combines leadership of the front‑desk telecommunications team with ensuring smooth guest arrivals, departures and personalized service throughout their stay.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, motivate and coach the telecommunications team to deliver seamless guest experiences.
- Brief the team at the start of each shift, clearly communicating roles, priorities and service standards.
- Greet all guests and visitors warmly and professionally, setting a high‑service tone from arrival.
- Monitor daily operations, proactively resolve service delays, guest concerns or system disruptions.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare shift reports for efficient handovers.
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure compliance with hotel policies and hospitality standards.
Required profile
- Up to 2 years of experience, preferably with an international hospitality brand.
- Experience working in a multicultural environment and understanding cultural differences.
- Detail‑oriented with a strong sense of responsibility.
Required skills
- Proficiency with a Property Management System (PMS).
