Retail Sales Executive

About the role

The Retail Sales Executive will deliver engaging, thoughtful service that delights customers and builds loyalty for the brand, ultimately driving the store’s commercial performance. You will assist customers from initial query through to full completion of their request.

Key responsibilities

• Explain product features and benefits, perform comparative selling and provide service recommendations.
• Maintain a tidy, clean workstation and store, ensuring brochures and information leaflets are properly stocked.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and issue accurate payment receipts.
• Keep up‑to‑date knowledge of all products, propositions and company communications.
• Manage stock and cash assignments without discrepancies.
• Complete customer and process tasks such as document verification, sales transactions, technical onboarding, account changes, self‑care registration, bill payments and billing dispute resolution.

Required profile

• Retail or customer‑service experience, preferably in the telecom industry.
• Good understanding of telecom and data products and services.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree.
• Strong communication skills in English and preferably Arabic or other languages.
