Telemarketer – Gaming Marketing Services

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Telemarketer to join the Gaming Marketing Services team at Wynn Al Marjan Island, a forthcoming luxury resort in the United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will engage both existing and potential guests through outbound and inbound calls to promote gaming programs, special events, and loyalty benefits.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and receive inbound inquiries to market gaming programs, tournaments, and VIP incentives.
• Maintain and expand a database of qualified gaming customers with regular follow‑up.
• Achieve individual and team targets for call volume, conversion rates, and revenue contribution.
• Provide accurate information on gaming offerings, resort amenities, promotions, and packages.
• Record all interactions in the CRM system with detailed notes.
• Identify high‑value players and refer them to Gaming Hosts or VIP Services.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Gaming Operations, and VIP teams to align outreach strategies.

Required profile

• Previous experience in telemarketing, call centre, or customer service, preferably within gaming or hospitality.
• Strong sales, persuasion, and communication abilities.
• Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, Hindi, or Mandarin are a plus.
• Comfortable working with performance targets and flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Opera property management system.
• Experience using CRM platforms.
• Competence in Microsoft Office applications.
