Telemarketing Executive – Hindi Speaking

About the role

We are looking for a confident, target‑driven Telemarketing Executive who speaks fluent Hindi to join our fast‑paced sales team in the UAE. You will be responsible for high‑volume outbound calls, engaging prospects, and turning leads into successful sales.

Key responsibilities

• Make high‑volume outbound sales calls to prospective customers.
• Deliver persuasive pitches, handle objections, and close sales.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
• Assist clients with account opening and first deposit processes.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
• Build rapport with customers using an energetic and professional communication style.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.

Required profile

• Fluent Hindi speaker.
• 1–2 years of experience in tele‑sales, call centre, BPO, customer service or sales.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, manage time efficiently and work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Target‑oriented with a customer‑focused approach.

Required skills

• CRM usage for tracking customer interactions.
