Telesales Executive (Abu Dhabi)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Telesales Executive to join our Abu Dhabi office. The role focuses on generating new business opportunities through outbound calls, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and qualify leads.
• Respond to inbound inquiries, address customer questions, and propose appropriate products or services.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with the sales team to share insights and improve outreach strategies.

Required profile

• Fresh graduates or candidates with little experience are welcome.
• Fluent in Hindi, Nepali, Urdu, and Bengali.
• Strong verbal communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work full‑time on‑site with office hours from 11 AM to 7 PM.
