Telesales Executive – Drive New Customer Acquisition

About the role

The Telesales Executive will generate new business by contacting prospective clients through phone, email, WhatsApp and virtual meetings. You will understand customer needs, showcase a SaaS solution, and convert qualified leads into long‑term subscribers.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify inbound and outbound leads via calls, emails and digital channels.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and schedule product demos with qualified prospects.
• Conduct virtual product demonstrations tailored to each customer’s operational challenges.
• Handle pricing discussions, objections and close subscription sales.
• Follow up regularly with prospects throughout the sales cycle and coordinate onboarding with the Customer Success team.
• Record all interactions in the CRM, update lead status and produce regular sales reports.
• Meet individual KPIs for calls, demos, conversions and revenue.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or a related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, SaaS or software solution sales.
• Strong verbal communication, negotiation and objection‑handling abilities.
• Target‑driven mindset with solid organizational and time‑management skills.
