About the role
Frieghthub is hiring a Telesales Executive in Dubai for its freight forwarding business. The role combines inbound and outbound sales calls with market research, client relationship management and quotation discussions.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Develop and implement sales strategies
- Handle daily admin tasks, emails and reports
- Make inbound and outbound sales calls and follow-ups
- Maintain client records and databases
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
- Discuss quotations with clients, giving product details and pricing
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the freight forwarding industry
- Fluent English, spoken and written
- Based in Dubai with good knowledge of the local market
- Knowledge of air, sea and land freight
- Existing client network in the UAE
- Prior admin or telesales experience
Required skills
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Basic computer and MS Office skills
