Telesales Executive – Holiday Homes

About the role

HomesGetaway is seeking a professional and well‑organised Telesales Executive to join its Owner Acquisition team. You will engage property owners who have shown interest, assess their needs and schedule consultations with senior acquisition executives.

Key responsibilities

• Contact property owners generated through the website, marketing campaigns and referral partners.
• Present the holiday home management services clearly and assess properties against company criteria.
• Schedule owner consultations and property viewings for the acquisition team.
• Maintain accurate records of all communications in the CRM system.
• Achieve weekly and monthly targets for qualified enquiries and scheduled consultations while complying with UAE telemarketing regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum one year of experience in telesales, customer service or a call‑centre environment within the UAE.
• Excellent spoken and written English; additional language (Arabic) is a plus.
• Professional telephone manner and strong interpersonal skills.
• Currently residing in the UAE.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Microsoft Excel.
• WhatsApp Business.

• Basic salary of AED 2,500 – 3,000 per month plus performance‑based commission.
