Telesales Executive

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Telesales Executive to drive new business by contacting prospective clients and promoting our educational courses, certifications, and training programs. The role involves proactive outreach, understanding customer needs, and guiding them through the enrollment process to achieve sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential clients through cold calls, inbound leads, and follow‑up activities.
• Assess customer requirements and recommend appropriate courses, certifications, or training solutions.
• Present program details, pricing, schedules, and enrollment procedures clearly and professionally.
• Build and maintain strong relationships to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business.
• Close sales efficiently, meeting or exceeding conversion targets and monthly KPIs.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and update sales activities in the CRM system.
• Conduct regular follow‑up via calls, emails, and messages to maximize enrollment rates.

Required profile

• Maximum of 2 years of experience in sales or telesales.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Goal‑oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
