Telesales Executive

About the role

The Telesales Executive will drive outbound prospecting efforts, introducing our products and services to potential customers and converting interest into confirmed sales. This role is pivotal for generating new business and maintaining a pipeline of qualified leads.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Explain company products and services to potential clients.
• Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
• Coordinate with the sales team for lead handover when required.
