Telesales Executive

About the role

Etica Marketing Management is seeking an experienced Telesales Executive to join its Business Bay office. The successful candidate will drive outbound sales activities, engage prospective customers, and help achieve monthly revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Present and explain company products and services professionally.
• Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Convert leads into successful sales and meet monthly targets.
• Follow up with potential customers through calls and other communication channels.
• Handle customer questions, concerns, and objections effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow‑ups, and sales.
• Build strong, long‑term customer relationships.
• Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to maximize conversions.
• Participate in sales campaigns and promotional activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a related sales role.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
• Confident and persuasive telephone manner.
• Strong customer‑service and relationship‑building abilities.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented, and energetic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• UAE‑based candidates preferred; immediate joiners are an advantage.
