About the role
OIA Properties is hiring a Telesales Executive for its growing team in Dubai. The role involves making outbound calls to prospective and existing clients, generating and following up on leads, and meeting monthly sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients
- Generate and follow up on leads to identify sales opportunities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable property options
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of leads and client follow-ups
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure a smooth client experience
Required profile
- Previous telesales experience in UAE real estate is required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales, negotiation and persuasion skills
- Target-driven, proactive and self-motivated
- Professional telephone manner
- Immediate joiners are preferred
