About the role
We are seeking a motivated Telesales Executive / Telecaller to join our Dubai team. The role involves contacting prospective customers, generating interest in our services and converting enquiries into sales over the phone.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and introduce company services.
- Generate and nurture leads, following up to maintain regular communication.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed appointments or sales and achieve daily/monthly targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details and sales activities in the CRM.
- Handle customer queries professionally and manage objections.
Required profile
- Minimum 6 months of experience in telesales, telecalling or customer service.
- Strong communication and persuasion abilities.
- Target‑oriented, self‑motivated and able to work under pressure.
- Fluent in English; Malayalam is a plus.
Required skills
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office.
- Experience using CRM systems.
