Telesales Executive / Telecaller – Dubai

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Telesales Executive / Telecaller to join our Dubai team. The role involves contacting prospective customers, generating interest in our services and converting enquiries into sales over the phone.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and introduce company services.
• Generate and nurture leads, following up to maintain regular communication.
• Convert inquiries into confirmed appointments or sales and achieve daily/monthly targets.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details and sales activities in the CRM.
• Handle customer queries professionally and manage objections.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months of experience in telesales, telecalling or customer service.
• Strong communication and persuasion abilities.
• Target‑oriented, self‑motivated and able to work under pressure.
• Fluent in English; Malayalam is a plus.

Required skills

• Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office.
• Experience using CRM systems.
