Telesales Medical Consultant (English Speaker) – Dubai

About the role

Mira Clinic, an international centre for dental cosmetics, plastic surgery and hair transplant, is expanding its Dubai telesales office. We are seeking an English‑speaking Telesales Medical Consultant to drive sales and support clients interested in medical tourism.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships effectively throughout the sales cycle.
• Communicate clearly and persuasively with prospective clients.
• Negotiate and close sales deals for medical tourism services.
• Build trust and maintain long‑term relationships with clients.
• Be flexible to work extended hours when required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in telesales.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Medical tourism experience is a plus.

Required skills

• Strong customer relationship management abilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and persuasion skills.

What we offer

• Basic salary of 5,000 AED per month.
• Commission ranging from 1,000 – 2,500 EUR (3% of sales).
