Telesales Officer – Insurance (Arabic Speaker)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Telesales Officer with insurance experience to join our customer service and sales team. The role combines handling inbound and outbound customer interactions with promoting insurance products, supporting renewals and generating new leads. Fluency in Arabic is required to serve our Arabic‑speaking clientele.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality support via phone, chat and email, answering policy‑related questions and assisting with claims.
• Explain coverage, benefits and terms of insurance policies clearly to customers.
• Generate quotations, assess customer needs and convert leads into policyholders using effective sales techniques.
• Support policy issuance, renewals and follow‑up on outstanding cases.
• Maintain accurate customer records and ensure timely follow‑ups.
• Track performance metrics, report lost business and market feedback.
• Collaborate with underwriting, claims and internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in a call‑center or telesales environment.
• Previous experience in the insurance sector.
• Fluent Arabic speaking and writing skills.
• Strong communication and customer‑service orientation.
