About the role
We are seeking motivated and results‑driven Telesales Representatives to join our team in Business Bay, Dubai. You will contact potential customers, promote our products and services, and build lasting relationships through telephone communication.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Present and explain products or services clearly and professionally.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and convert leads into sales.
- Handle customer inquiries, objections, and concerns effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer information, and sales activities.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Required profile
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in handling telephone sales and customer objections.
- Sales‑oriented, persuasive, and target‑driven attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Fresh graduates are welcome, provided they meet company requirements.
Required skills
- Basic computer skills.
- Familiarity with MS Office.
