Telesales Representative – Real Estate (Dubai)

About the role

Join Master Homes Properties as a full‑time, on‑site Telesales Representative in Dubai. You will be the first point of contact for prospective and existing clients, introducing them to a wide portfolio of properties and related services.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound cold‑calls to generate interest in available properties.
• Understand client requirements and present suitable property options.
• Book appointments and viewings for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records and track outcomes in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing colleagues to meet individual and team targets.
• Provide professional phone support, handle basic inquiries, and attend sales meetings and training sessions.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in hospitality.
• Fluent Arabic speaker with strong spoken English.
• Ability to work on‑site in Dubai and travel for roadshow events abroad.
• Comfortable with cold‑calling and possess a valid driving licence.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using a CRM system.
