Telesales Representative – Real Estate (Dubai)

About the role
We are seeking a motivated Telesales Representative to join our fast‑paced real‑estate brokerage in Dubai. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, qualify prospects, and support our property consultants in converting leads into sales.
Key responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound real‑estate inquiries via phone.
- Qualify leads, understand client requirements, and schedule appointments for consultants.
- Follow up with prospects, nurture leads, and maintain accurate updates in the CRM.
- Achieve daily and monthly call volume and conversion targets.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of experience in UAE real‑estate brokerage or development.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and objection‑handling abilities.
- Target‑driven mindset with a confident telephone manner.
- Fluent English; additional languages (Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, Russian, Chinese, etc.) are a plus.
