About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Telesales Representative to join our Dubai office. In this role you will contact prospective and existing clients by phone, introduce our property portfolio and services, and turn leads into qualified appointments for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospects and existing customers to present available properties.
  • Understand client requirements and suggest suitable property options.
  • Book appointments or viewings for the sales team and follow up on leads generated by marketing.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and outcomes in the CRM system.
  • Track call metrics and collaborate with sales and marketing colleagues to meet individual and team targets.
  • Provide professional telephone support, answer basic inquiries, and participate in sales meetings and training sessions.

Required profile

  • Fluent in English with strong telephone etiquette; additional fluency in Russian and Arabic is a plus.
  • Proven customer service experience in a call‑center or client‑facing environment.
  • Demonstrated sales abilities such as lead qualification, objection handling and appointment booking.
  • Experience in real‑estate sales in the UAE is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Comfortable using CRM or call‑management systems and basic office software.
  • Ability to work on‑site in Dubai, manage time effectively and achieve performance targets.
  • High school diploma required; further education in business or sales is advantageous.
