Telesales Representative (Real Estate)

About the role

We are looking for a confident communicator to join our real‑estate team as a Telesales Representative. You will drive lead generation, engage prospective buyers, and schedule appointments for our sales consultants, focusing on the dynamic Dubai property market.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential buyers interested in Dubai real‑estate projects.
• Present property details, investment benefits, payment plans, and project highlights.
• Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads to build a robust pipeline.
• Arrange property tours, video calls, and meetings with the sales team.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and track lead progress.
• Develop strong client relationships to increase conversion rates.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal communication in English; additional Arabic, Hindi or Urdu is a plus.
• Prior experience in tele‑calling or real‑estate sales, preferably within the Dubai market.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and follow‑up abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
