About the role
We are seeking a Telesales Specialist to manage customer enquiries, follow‑ups, appointment bookings and lead conversions for our aesthetic and dermatology services.
Key responsibilities
- Contact and follow up with leads via calls and WhatsApp.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed appointments.
- Explain SkinLab’s treatments, services, offers and packages.
- Maintain accurate lead and customer information in the CRM.
- Coordinate with clinic and reception teams regarding appointments.
- Meet daily and monthly sales and conversion targets.
Required profile
- 1–3 years of experience in telesales, telecalling or customer service.
- Experience in the aesthetic sector is a must.
- Target‑oriented, proactive and confident over the phone.
- Good English communication; additional languages are an advantage.
Required skills
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
