About the role
We are looking for a bilingual Contact Centre Agent to handle customer interactions in both Arabic and English. The role involves managing inbound and outbound calls, as well as responding to inquiries via chat and email.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate complex issues when required.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Meet daily/weekly KPIs and service level targets.
Required profile
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree.
- Previous experience in contact centre, chat support, or customer service preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Good typing speed and computer literacy.
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment and work flexible shifts.
Required skills
- Proficiency in English.
