About the role

We are seeking a proactive Telesales Specialist to generate new business opportunities within the projects and retail sectors. The role focuses on outbound outreach through calls, emails and online platforms to identify, qualify and nurture prospective clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and connect with prospective clients in the projects and retail segments via calls, emails and online platforms.
• Generate and qualify new business opportunities through proactive outreach.
• Meet daily outbound calling targets and log all activities in the designated tracking sheet.
• Maintain regular follow‑ups with prospects to nurture and convert leads.
• Schedule meetings and coordinate with clients to support the sales process.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless lead management and follow‑ups.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Achieve lead generation and business development targets.
• Track market trends and identify potential business opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in outbound telesales or lead generation.
• Ability to meet daily call volume and performance targets.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
