Telesales Specialist

About the role

The Telesales Specialist will work on‑site in Dubai, contacting prospective and existing clients by phone to present property offerings, understand client needs and generate qualified leads for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Contact prospective and existing clients, present property options and generate qualified leads.
• Follow up on inquiries, maintain accurate call records and schedule property viewings or meetings.
• Respond to client questions, provide clear information on properties and services, and meet sales and call targets.
• Collaborate with colleagues to refine call scripts, share market feedback and improve telesales processes.

Required profile

• Strong customer service and support skills with professional handling of inquiries.
• Excellent verbal communication, active listening and confident phone presence.
• Proven sales abilities, preferably in telesales or lead generation.
• Basic knowledge of real estate markets, especially Dubai, or willingness to learn quickly.
• Fluency in English; additional languages used in Dubai are a plus.

Required skills

• Comfort using CRM systems to document calls and track leads.
• Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
