Telesales Specialist

About the role

The Telesales Specialist will work full‑time on‑site in Dubai, making outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to present Stravion’s land investment and development finance solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls, present product offerings and convert qualified leads into sales opportunities.
• Manage call lists, follow up on inquiries and maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
• Coordinate with sales and finance teams to schedule meetings or site visits for senior representatives.
• Gather market feedback and contribute to continuous improvement of scripts and pitches.
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.

Required profile

• Strong sales experience with proven lead conversion and target achievement.
• Excellent verbal communication, active listening and professional phone etiquette.
• Customer service skills to handle inquiries and maintain positive client relationships.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training to refine product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Ability to work on‑site in Dubai and collaborate within a diverse, performance‑driven team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using CRM systems for call tracking and data entry.
• Basic office software proficiency for reporting and documentation.
