Testing Coordinator - Manufacturing

About the role

Join our team as a Testing Coordinator – Manufacturing and play a key role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and performance. You will coordinate manufacturing testing activities, work closely with production, engineering, and quality teams, and help resolve testing issues to keep operations running efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the technical leader/manager to develop scope of work, plan schedules, and monitor testing activities for customer projects.
• Provide technical leadership and interface with proposal management, cost estimating, partners, customers, GE product testing, sourcing, and testing sub‑contractors.
• Support FAT‑related emergencies, lead the GEV team in front of customers, and resolve testing issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in electronic/electrical engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years experience testing GEV and third‑party main and auxiliary relays.
• Ability to understand and interpret technical drawings such as wiring diagrams, schemes, and general arrangements.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally and work extended hours when needed.

Required skills

• Electronic/electrical engineering knowledge.
• Testing of GEV and third‑party relays.
• Interpretation of technical drawings.
• Proficiency with MS Office software suite.
• Familiarity with computer network systems and switches.
