About the role
Wood is seeking UAE nationals to join its team as a Trainee Project Management. This entry‑level position offers fresh graduates the chance to support project delivery within an engineering environment and develop core project management skills.
Key responsibilities
- Support Project Managers and Project Engineers in engineering and project activities.
- Assist with project planning, scheduling, risk management and project controls.
- Contribute to documentation, stakeholder coordination and execution of engineering project lifecycles.
- Participate in training and development programmes to enhance technical and professional capabilities.
Required profile
- UAE national with a valid Family Book.
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Construction Management or a related field.
- Fresh graduate or limited work experience.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, organisational and time‑management abilities.
- Eagerness to learn and develop within a professional project environment.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
