Training Executive (UAE National)

About the role

Van Cleef & Arpels is seeking a UAE‑national Training Executive to support its retail network across the region. Reporting to the Regional Head of Retail Training, you will act as the central liaison for local training teams, ensuring the successful rollout and monitoring of global training initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with Training Managers in France to adapt and implement global training programs for five markets and the Dubai Client Relationship Center.
• Lead training sessions at the Client Relationship Center and support team leaders.
• Proofread and adapt training materials into Arabic, ensuring cultural relevance.
• Maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), updating content, participant data, and schedules.
• Track completion rates via the e‑learning dashboard and report performance metrics, including mystery‑shopping scores.
• Organise seminars, meetings and manage training‑related invoicing in collaboration with accounting.
• Travel regionally or internationally as required to support training delivery.

Required profile

• Previous experience in Training, Learning & Development or Retail, preferably within a luxury environment.
• Excellent communication, coordination and organisational abilities.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented with strong initiative and ownership.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.

Required skills

• Familiarity with training platforms and LMS administration.
• Experience using reporting tools and e‑learning dashboards.
