Training Manager – Beverage

About the role

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a Training Manager – Beverage to lead the development and delivery of world‑class beverage education across its upcoming resort. The role will shape the Beverage Academy, align training with luxury service standards, and act as a brand ambassador for beverage talent.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement the vision, mission, and strategy for the Beverage Academy in line with Wynn’s luxury service philosophy.
• Lead a diverse team of trainers and beverage professionals to deliver comprehensive programs covering wine, spirits, cocktails, beer, coffee, tea, water service, and responsible alcohol service.
• Integrate Forbes Travel Guide standards and evaluation criteria into all training curricula.
• Partner with HR and Learning & Development to embed beverage training into employee career paths.
• Continuously update content to reflect global beverage trends, product knowledge, and Wynn’s evolving standards.
• Monitor performance metrics to assess impact on beverage quality, guest satisfaction, sales, and team development.
• Support menu and beverage concept development and promote best practices in cellar management and product handling.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading beverage training programs in luxury hospitality environments.
• Strong knowledge of Forbes Travel Guide standards and responsible alcohol service.
• Ability to mentor and develop diverse teams and future leaders.
