Training Manager – Retail Beauty

About the role

LETOILE Middle East is seeking a Training Manager to lead the development and delivery of learning programs for its retail sales teams across the GCC. The role focuses on enhancing service standards, sales techniques, and product knowledge within the perfume and beauty sector.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deliver and adapt training sessions on service standards, sales techniques and product assortment.
• Provide post‑training support, follow‑up, and coaching to ensure knowledge retention.
• Conduct assessments, evaluate training effectiveness and prepare performance reports.
• Support mentors and new hires during onboarding and career development planning.
• Develop and adapt training materials using modern adult‑learning methodologies such as gamification, coaching and mentoring.
• Organise training events and assessment activities across multiple store locations.

Required profile

• University degree with advanced L&D coursework.
• Minimum 3 years experience as a Training Manager or L&D Specialist, preferably in perfumery, cosmetics, beauty or fashion retail.
• Familiarity with GCC market specifics and cultural context is an advantage.
• Fluent English (spoken and written); Arabic or Russian knowledge is a plus.
• UAE driving licence, own car and ability to work on‑site in Dubai with regional travel.
