Training Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Process Training Specialist to design, develop, and deliver training programs that boost the capabilities of our operations team. The role also supports the Head of Department in managing projects and administrative tasks to drive operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop tailored training programs for various operational roles, covering processes, tools, and systems.
• Create high-quality training materials such as manuals, presentations, and job aids.
• Deliver training sessions for new hires and provide continuous development for existing staff.
• Facilitate workshops, seminars, and hands‑on sessions to ensure practical application of knowledge.
• Assess training effectiveness through tests, feedback, and progress reports to management.
• Identify skill gaps in collaboration with the operations team and recommend learning solutions.
• Act as a subject‑matter expert on operational processes, offering ongoing support.
• Assist the Head of Department with project tracking, coordination, and timely completion of initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 2–3 years of experience in operations or training roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities and a proactive, problem‑solving attitude.
• Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Project management.
