Transfer Pricing Manager - ITTS

About the role

EY's International Tax and Transaction Services (ITTS) team advises corporate and private equity clients on their capital agenda through Transaction Tax, International Corporate Tax and Transfer Pricing. The Transfer Pricing team covers planning, documentation, audits and supply chain strategies, with cross-training and growth opportunities. This Transfer Pricing Manager role in Dubai involves leading multiple transfer pricing engagements and contributing to high-quality tax planning services.

Key responsibilities

• Play a key role throughout the project lifecycle, turning data into insights and building client relationships across industries
• Lead multiple transfer pricing engagements
• Contribute to high-quality tax planning services
• Apply advanced transfer pricing and economic concepts to solve client challenges
• Prepare documentation and support audits
• Model financial outcomes and collaborate globally to deliver integrated solutions

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Economics, Management, Tax, Law or another relevant discipline
• Minimum of 5 years of related work experience
• A master's degree or a professional qualification such as CPA, CFA, ASBAV or CMA
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work at a fast pace with shifting responsibilities
• Ideally: existing transfer pricing experience, proficiency in Arabic, and a consistent record of excellence in a professional services environment
