Transformation & BPM Manager

About the role

The Transformation & BPM Manager will lead and coordinate transformation programmes aligned with Coface’s strategic objectives. Based in Dubai, the role reports to the Country Manager and functionally to the Chief Operations Officer, working across business functions, IT, marketing and control teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and manage transformation programmes and process‑efficiency initiatives.
• Establish local governance for project‑portfolio management and coordinate requirements collection.
• Facilitate change‑management activities, including tool enhancements and corrective requests.
• Lead local committees, motivate project teams and ensure timely, on‑budget delivery.
• Manage risks, resolve issues and report progress to tactical, operational and board levels.
• Oversee hand‑offs to business owners and close projects with the regional PMO support.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project or process management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Knowledge of Coface business, products and processes is a plus.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management and ability to work with virtual teams.

Required skills

• Waterfall project‑management methodology.
• Agile Project Management tools.
• LEAN process‑mapping and improvement techniques.
• Data analysis and KPI definition/monitoring.
