Transformation & Project Specialist (12‑Month Contract)

About the role

We are looking for a Transformation & Project Specialist to support the planning, execution, and tracking of transformation initiatives. The role will embed operational excellence and Agentic AI‑enabled tools to ensure efficient, well‑governed program delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Support planning, scheduling, and execution tracking of transformation workstreams and projects.
• Coordinate cross‑functional activities, track milestones, deliverables and dependencies, and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Apply Lean and continuous‑improvement principles to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Design and roll out streamlined operating procedures and standard work practices.
• Explore and pilot Agentic AI use cases to enhance project tracking, reporting and operational workflows.
• Prepare status reports, dashboards and governance packs for steering‑committee updates.
• Maintain documentation, risk and issue logs, and action trackers.
• Coordinate change‑management and communication activities to support adoption.
• Support benefits tracking and performance measurement with process owners.
• Assist in vendor and stakeholder coordination for transformation and automation tools.

Required profile

• 4–7 years of progressive experience in transformation, project coordination or operational/process excellence.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Management or related field (Master’s a plus).
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2 or Lean Six Sigma are advantageous.
• Experience working in matrix or cross‑functional environments.
• Exposure to Agentic AI, automation or digital‑transformation tools is highly desirable.
• Background in R&D, technology, innovation or government‑linked entities preferred.
