Transport In-Charge – Fleet & Logistics Manager

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Transport In‑Charge to oversee our fleet operations and ensure seamless delivery of materials to project sites across the UAE. You will work closely with project managers and procurement teams to align transport activities with overall project timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Manage company vehicles, drivers, and daily logistics schedules.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials to project locations while adhering to safety standards.
• Monitor fuel consumption, vehicle maintenance, and compliance with RTA regulations.
• Maintain accurate transport records and generate fleet performance reports.
• Analyse routes and implement optimisation strategies to reduce costs and avoid delays.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Logistics, Transport Management or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in fleet and transport management within the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of RTA rules and Dubai road networks.
• Excellent organisational and leadership abilities.
