Transport Supervisor

About the role

Response Plus Medical is seeking an experienced Transport Supervisor to lead daily transportation operations in Dubai. The role involves managing ambulance and support vehicle services, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations, and supporting high‑quality patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily transportation operations, including ambulance and support vehicle services.
• Manage transport schedules, routes, and vehicle utilization to maximize efficiency.
• Monitor driver performance and ensure compliance with company policies, UAE road safety regulations, and healthcare transport standards.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and coordinate preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Maintain accurate transportation records, reports, and operational documentation.
• Investigate transportation incidents and accidents, preparing necessary reports.
• Ensure timely response to patient transfer requests and other operational needs.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate drivers and transport personnel.
• Coordinate with healthcare teams and operational departments to support service delivery.
• Monitor fuel consumption, vehicle utilization, and transportation‑related costs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in transport fleet operations, preferably in healthcare or ambulance services.
• Strong knowledge of UAE traffic regulations and fleet management practices.
• Experience supervising drivers and transportation teams.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Valid UAE driving licence preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with transport management systems.
