Transportation Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a Transportation Supervisor to manage the Director’s personal fleet and the group’s transport operations across the UAE. The role focuses on vehicle procurement, servicing, utilization and cost control to ensure efficient and profitable transport services.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the Director’s personal fleet and group transport requirements.
• Manage procurement, sale, servicing and lifecycle of all vehicles.
• Supervise company‑owned, hired and director‑owned vehicles to ensure optimal availability.
• Monitor transport‑related expenses and implement cost‑control measures.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, vendors and service providers for smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in fleet management, transport operations or logistics management.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, control costs and drive operational efficiency.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a focus on profitability.
• Excellent coordination and supervisory abilities, able to work under pressure and irregular hours.
