Travel and Tourism Consultant

About the role

Exceed Tours & Travels LLC, a Dubai-based tourism company founded in 2023, is looking for an experienced, customer-focused Travel and Tourism Consultant. You will be the main point of contact for clients' travel needs, from planning holidays to securing the best flight and hotel deals. The company offers personalized itineraries, private tours and transfers.

Key responsibilities

• Design, customize and sell holiday packages tailored to client preferences, budgets and travel dates, and create itineraries covering flights, accommodation, transfers and sightseeing.
• Coordinate with suppliers, DMCs and tour operators to secure competitive rates.
• Handle domestic and international flight bookings, including fare comparison, ticketing, reissuance and cancellations.
• Manage hotel reservations, verify availability, negotiate rates and confirm bookings.
• Process visa-related travel queries and provide accurate documentation support.
• Understand client needs, respond to enquiries by phone, email and walk-in, build long-term relationships and handle post-travel feedback and complaints.
• Manage transfers, insurance and special requests, coordinate with airlines, hotels and vendors, and keep accurate records of bookings, invoices and payments.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry; hands-on experience in the UAE travel market is a must.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong sales and negotiation abilities.
• Customer-oriented, able to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proven experience with GDS platforms (Amadeus, Galileo or Sabre) and online booking systems.
• Strong knowledge of holiday package creation and destination planning.
• Preferred: existing supplier, hotel and DMC network, travel software and CRM experience, and knowledge of visa procedures.
