Travel Consultant – Emirates Holidays

About the role

Emirates Holidays is looking for a Travel Consultant to deliver a seamless sales and service experience to customers across multiple channels, including phone, face‑to‑face, email, WhatsApp and live chat. You will act as a brand ambassador, providing expert advice on destinations, managing bookings and promoting the full range of holiday products.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a high‑quality, consistent customer experience for every interaction.
• Listen carefully to understand customer needs and resolve queries within defined service level agreements.
• Achieve and exceed sales and service performance targets and key performance indicators.
• Stay up‑to‑date with product changes and continuously develop personal knowledge.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners while adhering to brand guidelines.
• Identify appropriate moments to promote and sell additional products and services.
• Utilise the CRM system to manage the customer lifecycle efficiently.
• Handle inbound calls, manage the full lifecycle of each request and follow up with internal teams.
• Engage customers face‑to‑face in retail outlets, showcasing holiday options and delivering personalised service.
• Maintain Emirates grooming standards and represent the brand professionally.
