Treasury Accountant

About the role

The Treasury Accountant will manage cash flow, banking activities and treasury operations for the Property Management division of Al Saqer Property Management. The role ensures efficient fund utilization, timely payments and accurate financial recording while complying with internal policies and banking regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily cash balances, track inflows/outflows and prepare weekly/monthly cash‑flow forecasts.
• Manage daily banking transactions, transfers, deposits, withdrawals and online banking operations.
• Coordinate vendor and supplier payments, prepare payment instructions and ensure proper approvals.
• Perform bank reconciliations, resolve discrepancies and produce treasury reports.
• Support month‑end and year‑end closing activities and maintain records for audits.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, authority limits and banking regulations.
• Collaborate with Accounts Receivable on collections and cash receipts, and assist budgeting and forecasting.
• Identify and recommend process improvements for efficiency and cost reduction.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in treasury, accounting or finance.
• Strong analytical, numerical and problem‑solving abilities.
• High integrity, confidentiality and accountability.
• Excellent organization, time‑management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
