About the role

Richemont is offering a 24‑month Graduate Trainee Program exclusively for UAE nationals. The program combines luxury brand exposure with digital innovation, providing two 12‑month rotations across functions such as Finance, HR, Marketing, Commercial, Supply Chain, and Retail.

Key responsibilities

• Complete two 12‑month rotational assignments in different business areas.
• Participate in structured training and shadow experienced employees.
• Deliver high‑quality work on assigned projects and real‑world tasks.
• Provide fresh perspectives and innovative solutions to business challenges.
• Seek regular feedback and engage in continuous development reviews with senior management.

Required profile

• UAE passport and family book (Emiratization requirement).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline.
• 0‑2 years of work experience.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
