About the role

Egis offers a UAE National Pre‑Graduate Program that gives Emirati students hands‑on experience on major infrastructure, engineering, architecture and project‑management projects while they complete their studies.

Key responsibilities

• Assist project teams in delivering engineering and consulting projects.
• Support project coordination activities, meetings and documentation.
• Participate in technical reviews, design activities and project planning.
• Prepare reports, presentations and project documentation.
• Conduct research, data analysis and benchmarking studies.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across various projects.

Required profile

• UAE national with a valid Family Book.
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program, graduating within 12‑24 months.
• Good academic standing and strong interest in engineering, project management, architecture, design or business operations.
• Available to commit to the program duration and learning activities.
