UAT Tester – Digital Assets and Tokenization

About the role

We are seeking an experienced UAT Tester to lead testing activities for digital asset and tokenization projects within a banking environment. The role requires deep knowledge of payments, corporate banking, and blockchain technologies to ensure end‑to‑end transaction integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Review business and functional requirements and develop comprehensive UAT strategies, test plans, scenarios, cases and data.
• Execute end‑to‑end UAT, functional, integration, positive, negative and exception testing across payment systems, core banking platforms and digital‑asset/blockchain platforms.
• Validate payment processing, settlement, reconciliation and transaction lifecycle workflows, including token issuance and wallet operations.
• Manage defects, retesting, requirement traceability matrix (RTM), test metrics, reporting and obtain business sign‑off.
• Coordinate with business users, technology teams, operations and vendors to ensure delivery readiness and go‑live support.

Required profile

• 7+ years of UAT/functional testing experience in banking or financial services, with strong payments and corporate/transaction banking exposure.
• Hands‑on experience with blockchain/DLT, digital‑asset platforms and tokenization concepts.
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional teams, manage defects and drive business sign‑off.

Required skills

• UAT planning and execution, test case design, defect management.
• API testing, system integration testing and end‑to‑end transaction validation.
• Jira or similar test management and defect tracking tools.
• Agile/Scrum and SDLC methodologies.
• Blockchain, Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) and tokenization knowledge.
