UI/UX Designer – Video Recruitment Platform

About the role

A skilled and motivated UI/UX Designer is sought to design intuitive, user-friendly and visually engaging digital experiences for a video-based recruitment platform that lets candidates build video profiles and helps employers shortlist talent. The role works closely with product, development and business teams, and is onsite.

Key responsibilities

• Design user-centered interfaces for web and mobile applications
• Develop user flows, wireframes, mockups and interactive prototypes
• Conduct and support user research and usability testing, and gather design feedback
• Translate business requirements into functional, visually appealing designs
• Collaborate with developers so designs are implemented accurately
• Maintain consistency within existing design systems and style guidelines
• Ensure designs meet usability, accessibility and branding standards
• Take part in design reviews and iterate on feedback
• Stay up to date with UI/UX trends, tools and best practices

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar design role
• Strong portfolio showing UI/UX work across digital products
• Experience designing web and mobile apps, preferably for consumer-facing platforms
• Good communication and collaboration skills, and ability to work independently and in a team

Required skills

• Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch or similar tools
• UX principles, visual hierarchy, typography, color theory and responsive design
• Experience with AI-driven features, video-based interfaces or marketplace/social platforms is a plus
